Health Nutrition Regime
For a health regime to work you must first want to be healthy, maybe you are over weight or under weight. Maybe you want to be able to walk up a couple flights of stairs without being out of breath or maybe you just want to be able to show your physique in a swim suit while on holiday in Barbados.
What ever the reason for a healthy lifestyle has to start with the desire or the mindset to be better than you are right now and that is not only in this instance but in all instances in your life, it has to start with the desire, the want to change.
Now once you have the desire and the reasons why you want to be healthy, you need to understand why you need to healthy. This part is fairly simple, e.g. being healthy will ensure that you live a longer and happier life.
Healthy Mentally And Physically
However, to be physically healthy we need to be mentally healthy as will, as they both go hand in hand, lets face it and you know this to be fact, if you are not healthy mentally you are open to all sorts of health problems right or wrong? e.g. Alzheimer’s disease, strokes to name but a few.
Also if you are not healthy physically you are open to all sorts of problems with things like being over or under weight, being short of breath, heart diseases, lung diseases, liver diseases, bowel problems and the list goes on and on.
We see that in order to be truly healthy we need to both physically and mentally healthy, so now that you have the desire and the reasons why you need to be healthy, you need to know how to be healthy, or what it means to be healthy, or what it takes to be healthy.
How do you get healthy once you have the desire is probably the hardest part of the process as most people don’t like it, it is also one of the main causes of stress that’s probably why people don’t like it, can you guess what it is? Before you continue to read on think about it for a minute, what is it that most people hate doing that causes stress?
Did you guess it? will let me tell you what it is that most people hate doing that causes stress, CHANGE, yes that’s right you heard {or read me} right change. In order to get the things in life that we want and are not getting at the moment is to need to change something in our lives, or simply change the ways we do things, e.g. you want to watch the news, you turn on the TV but you get a soap instead, what do you do? You Change the channel because you are not getting what you want, which is the news.
Change
In life most people don’t want to change because they perceive that what they have at the moment is of value so why give it up for something you are not sure of, but the danger with that is that you miss all the benefits of other things that you can have.
Some might think that the thought of needing to change in itself, is a good thing, while others might moan and complain about things, but they are those few who take ACTION to change their lives, these are those who achieve their dreams in life.
