How To Cut Abdominal Fat

3. Work On Your Tummy:

If you do a few sets of crunches and alternately target each of these muscle groups, you will see that you will not only acquire abdominal muscles, but also a flat tummy. Remember though that you don’t need to do hundreds of crunches per day; in fact doing a few crunches everyday is better than doing 100 once in a while.
It is all to do with the mindset or the desire, then you need to think of healthy eating, the right foods for the body and finally there exercise. You should start slow and short periods of time and then build up your health regime to meet your required fitness level.

I’m working on getting six pack abs right now and it’s pretty challenging. Does anyone here have some tips as far as a good six pack abs diet? I have read that egg whites, oatmeal, salmon, blueberries and broccoli are all important to incorporate into your diet…anything else I’m not thinking of?
