About Me
Hi my name is Michael and I am a student at UNI studying IT Networking. I would consider myself as kind of a health and fitness nut as I have been a vegan for over 20 years now, so I am very familiar with a health regime and what it takes to sustain that regime.
I was encourage to write this blog by some fellow students who found it hard to believe that anyone can live healthy without eating meat, and that I should tell others how to do it and what it takes to do it as they will be others who would like to do it but don’t know or what to do to gain healthy natural living.
People are shocked to learn that it is not only the fact that they eat meat that causes their illnesses, but it is also about how the meat is prepared, e.g. boiled vs fried. They are tremendous health benefits in not eating meat, e.g. dead animals.
We should love animals not eat them, which is good for the planet. They will also be some benefits in eating meat for people who are starving and those who might need a high protein diet, but it is about not eating it for eating it sake and also how you prepare it .
This is just one aspect of a health regime that contributes to illnesses and early death, but they are a number of other aspects to healthy living, e.g. your state of mind or mindset and exercise, which will greatly inhance your quality of life and can even prolong your life.
